Macfarlanes loss gifts Bircham Dyson Bell with new deal

Macfarlanes has lost its place instructing P&O on its London Gateway Port development following the departure of salaried partner Eliza O’Toole.

O’Toole, who has been with Macfarlanes since 1996, has left the firm to join Bircham Dyson Bell on Tuesday (3 August), taking the P&O London Gateway International Port regeneration project with her.

For the last four years, she has worked almost exclusively on the projects for the new port at Thurrock in the Thames Estuary, and the adjacent business and logistics park.
