In brief: Lawline offers advice to estate agents

A helpline aimed at estate agents in England and Wales will be launched this month by Warwickshire firm Blythe Liggins. The Lawline service is to be made available to members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA). Paul Waterworth, a partner at Blythe Liggins, says the service will provide preliminary advice on a wide range of matters, from company law to conveyancing and commercial property.
