BA pilots in damages claim

The British Airlines Pilots Association faces a High Court damages claim for alleged breach of contract following British Airways' takeover of Dan Air in 1992. Pilot Martin Greathurst's action, on behalf of himself and other pilots, who were members of an organisation formed after the take-over along with former Dan Air pilots are claiming, among other things, damages for alleged breach of terms of a memo of agreement and merger procedure adopted in 1982. They are represented by Eversheds.
