Lawrence Graham has entered exclusive negotiations with More London to take 125,000 sq ft of space in the South Bank development.
If the deal goes ahead Lawrence Graham will pay around £38-£39 per sq ft, with an option to take an additional 25,000 sq ft of space in the premises. The firm can also probably expect to secure a substantial rent-free, likely to be around two to three years, at current market terms.
The move will mean that Lawrence Graham will become neighbour to Norton Rose which is taking 343,000 sq ft in the building next door.
Accountancy firm Ernst & Young and the Greater London Authority have also taken space in the 13-acre development, which overlooks Tower Bridge.
