Ince & Co has promoted three to its partnership, bringing the total number of partners at the firm to 85.
The firm has followed its trend of the last three years, making up associates with practices related to shipping. The trio will join the partnership from 1 May.
Two of the associates, Jonathan Goldfarb and Carol Searle, have been made up in the firm’s London office, while Markus Eichhorst has been promoted in Hamburg.
Both Goldfarb and Eichhorst joined the firm as trainees, while Searle, whose practice focuses on political risk insurance, originally trained and practised with South African firm Shepstone & Wylie.
James Wilson, Ince’s senior partner, said that these individuals all demonstrate the high level of knowledge and commitment that the firm’s clients expect.
“I am confident that their industry expertise, combined with an excellent grasp of commercial reality, will enable them to play an important role in developing our global business,” said Wilson.
