Oostvogels raids Lux rival for banking boost

Luxembourg firm Oostvogels Pfister Feyten has appointed Loyens Winandy senior associate Franoise Pfeiffer as partner to head the firm’s banking and finance practice.

It takes the number of Oostvogels partners in Luxembourg to seven.

Pfeiffer established Loyens Winandy’s banking and finance team and co-headed it with Eugene Tchen. She will focus on corporate finance, international banking, securities regulations and stock exchange listings.

It comes as the firm relocates to larger offices in Route d’Arlon to accommodate organic growth.

Loyens Winandy has added Allen & Overy partner Danielle Kolbach to its banking and finance practice in Luxembourg.
