The three winners among nine candidates for elections to Dibb Lupton Alsop's management board have been declared.
They are: Paul Nicholls, regional managing partner Manchester; Peter Wayte, a former Alsop Wilkinson London partner who has been re-elected; and Nick Seddon, regional managing partner in Birmingham.
Michael Clarke, another former Alsops partner, was not re-elected and former incumbent Philip Perry did not stand again.
Both Nicholls and Seddon were part of Dibb Lupton Broomhead's management before the Alsop Wilkinson merger in 1996. Wayte helped negotiate Alsop's merger.
The appointments are part of a management reshuffle at Dibbs which has seen Nigel Knowles, (re-elected managing partner), passing administrative work to new “operations partner” Andrew Chappell.
Senior partner and chairman Robin Smith is standing down in April. Smith said the new board would be responsible for developing and managing “big picture strategy” and monitoring the performance of the firm's operational team, headed by Chappell.
