Fujitsu Services’ commercial and legal director Paul Lush has left after less than a year with the company

A Fujitsu spokesperson denied Lush was made redundant or fired. “He’s left to pursue his own business interests,” he said. “The company is reorganising. The lines of reporting will change and we won’t be replacing him immediately.”

General counsel Richard Allnutt and head of commercial Andrew McNaughton will share Lush’s responsibilities and report to chief executive Richard Christou. “We’ve always been a fairly autonomous department,” said Allnutt.

Lush, the former Billiton general counsel, had minimal contact with Fujitsu’s outside lawyers but retained a strong relationship with Linklaters and Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw from his days at Billiton.
