The opportunities for Taylor Wessing assistants to enter the partnership continued to increase with 19 being promoted into the partnership in 2006-07, seven more than the previous year. However, the firm continues to favour laterals for its partner appointments, with seven and six partners moving into its core corporate and real estate teams respectively.
