Baker & McKenzie has taken to 19 the number of international partners in its Paris office, hiring Ernst & Young partner Raphaele Francois-Poncet. She joins the securities and capital markets group, where she will advise French and foreign companies on M&A transactions, capital market calls and liability under the Financial Security and Sarbanes-Oxley Acts.
