Latham & Watkins has hired real estate partner Donald Berger to its Los Angeles (LA) office. Formerly a partner at Morrison & Foerster’s LA office, Berger served as co-chair of the firm’s real estate practice group. He will continue to focus on representing institutional lenders and investment banks in real estate financing transactions. The hire takes numbers in Latham’s LA finance and real estate department to 38.
