Lovells acted for Shaftesbury on its £42.5m purchase of National Magazine House, Carnaby Street, London W1 from Electricity Supply Nominees. The transaction was funded by a rights issue underwritten by Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. Jane Rigler, commercial property partner at Lovells, acted on the deal while Eversheds advised Electricity Supply Nominees.
