Olswang has released provisional figures that show an increase in turnover of around 9 per cent to £83m for the last financial year.
The figures are still subject to an adjustment for valuation of work in progress.
Average profit also still has to be finalised. However, sources suggest that average profit per equity partner is likely to increase by a similar 8-10 per cent to around £550,000.
An Olswang spokesperson said the firm’s corporate and litigation groups had shown the most growth during the year, while the firm was “well positioned” for stronger growth in the year ahead, both domestically and internationally.
Last month Olswang appointed the firm’s former international strategy partner David Stewart as managing partner, a move seen by many as a statement of intent in terms of its overseas ambitions.
