The Lawyer HR Awards 2011

The biggest night for legal HR took place last week (8 February) when 350 HR professionals descended on the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane for The Lawyer HR Awards.

Field Fisher Waterhouse carried off the big prize as HR Team of the Year for its root-and-branch overhaul of the firm’s career framework, training, assessment and ­recruitment procedures, while Hogan Lovells’ Kay Willis won HR Director of the Year for her work in implementing the transatlantic merger between Hogan & Hartson and Lovells last year.
