  • Winston & Strawn has appointed Carey Schreiber as a corporate partner in its New York office. Schreiber joins from Dewey Ballantine.

They are Surud Mehta, who becomes a partner in the acquisition finance department, and Sean Keaton, who becomes a partner in the technology transactions and business outsourcing practice. Mehta joined from Ashurst in 2000 and Keaton from Clifford Chance in 2005.
