In brief: Denton Hall clinches Millennium deal

City practice Denton Hall has completed a £42.75 million deal acting for the Millennium Group in its purchase of the Leavesden Aerodrome site from Rolls Royce. The Millennium Group, controlled by a Malaysian publicly quoted company, plans to develop a film and television studio complex with a studio tour and family entertainment centre. The Dentons team was led by property partner Diana Courtney and included planning lawyer Sandra Banks and corporate solicitor Tony Grant. Freshfields' David Lewis and Graham Prentice advised Rolls Royce.
