Denver technology firm Holme Roberts & Owen has officially opened its new Munich office. The three-partner office will be run by Jens Röhrborn and will focus on technology, intellectual property, venture capital and private equity work.
Graf merges with German accountancy firm
Wragge & Co’s German best friend Graf von Westphalen Bappert & Modest has sealed a merger with a Hamburg accountancy firm, Busch & Partner. The idea behind the merger is to offer Graf’s Mittelstand clients a multidisciplinary service, with lawyers, tax advisers and accountants.
