Withers and Henmans bag RSPCA account

Withers will be the lead advisors and will be responsible for the department's strategic legal work and training. This will include advising on preservation and enhancement of legacy income, contentious probate issues and the administration of estates.

The appointment of the two firms comes after what Peter Jeffreys, charity law partner at Henmans describes as a “rigorous competitive tender process”.

Dawn Goodman, head of Withers' specialist trust and probate litigation practice comments: “This appointment recognises our position as one of the leading law firms in London advising the charity sector.”
