Living for yesterday

Client entertainment? Forget the lavish cocktail parties and corporate golf days, law firms' clients are cultured individuals. Some even desire intellectual stimulation.
Surprised? Well, DLA's Mike Pullen was delighted that he could entertain clients with one of his favourite pastimes – history. And not just any history, the Battle of Waterloo. As he splits his time between the firm's London and Brussels offices, Pullen could even take his clients on a tour of the scene of one of the UK's most famous victories. Pullen is such an aficionado on the subject, that he even took a course to become an accredited guide to the battle. Unfortunately, he is not yet able to earn an extra buck from his guided tours because he was unable to take the weekend exam. Why? He was working, of course.
