Annual bonuses are awarded against individual performance criteria. Up to senior associate level, the value is up to 10 per cent of salary.

Annual facilitated appraisal, regular supervisor feedback, staff bonus scheme assessments at six and 12 months. At partner level, a 360° part is incorporated.
Eight per cent of partners are home-grown; 23 current partners are lateral hires. Youngest partner 27.
Billable hours target
1,400 for assistants, 1,200 for partners.
Flexible and part-time working
Twenty-three days after three years and 25 after five. Partners get 30 days.
Christmas and summer parties, pre-funded travel passes, mobile phones/laptops, private health cover, enhanced maternity rights and discounted conveyancing and wills. Assistants upwards are offered a matching contribution of up to 5 per cent of salary.
