Patrick McGrath has been promoted within the firm’s banking department, while David von Hagen has joined as a new partner from Kendall Freeman.

Harris Cartwright has appointed a new partner in its clinical negligence and personal injury team. Karen McCarthy specialises in acting for those who have suffered severe injury after failures in medical treatment.
