Lovells focuses on winning new clients and service delivery

Lovells is set to establish a working group to examine how the firm can improve the delivery of service to its existing clients and ways to win new work.

It is understood that the group will be made up of the firm’s practice stream heads and certain partners who have a flair for winning new clients. The group, which is the brainchild of managing partner David Harris, is expected to be launched sometime within the next few weeks.

The move follows the completion of a client survey, which asked clients for feedback on what they want from the firm. The results of the survey were revealed at the firm’s partner conference last month.

Commenting on the move, one partner said: “We’ve not been as focused and energetic about our client service. The idea, therefore, is to up our game. There will be a very noticeable difference in the way we approach delivery of service to our clients.”

Lovells declined to comment.
