Battle for cigarettes

Southsea company Eco Euro is gearing up for a High Court battle with the Customs and Excise following the seizure of 11.5 million cigarettes. The company says the cigarettes, worth u227,000, were wrongly seized from a warehouse in Bristol, and despite requests, they have not been returned. They are to accuse the Customs and Excise of acting arbitrarily, oppressively and unconstitutionally.
