Westminster firm Bircham Dyson Bell has been brought in to advise the family of Dr David Kelly (left) in the Hutton inquiry. Senior partner Ian McCulloch and head of litigation Peter Jacobson will lead the case. Jeremy Gompertz QC and Jason Beer of 5 Essex Court are acting as counsel for the family.
