Andrew Skipper has been confirmed as Lovells’ new head of corporate, taking over from Hugh Nineham.
Skipper who was voted in by Lovells’ partnership yesterday (12 April) has also become a member of the firm’s international executive, which has responsibility for developing Lovells’ strategy across is practice areas and regions.
Lovells corporate practice now also includes the firm’s competition, EU and trade practice, the tax practice and the share incentives and executive compensation team.
Skipper has been a Lovells partner since 1996 and become the head of the firm’s corporate commercial team in 1997.
