Stephenson Harwood has recruited a Canadian lawyer to its IT law practice. John Enstone has worked for the telecommunications and IT organisations Bell Canada/Bell Sygma and Northern Telecom as well as in private practice. He is both an English and Canadian qualified lawyer.
In brief: Kemp & Co recruits from McGrigor Donald
Richard Kemp (pictured right) launched his law firm Kemp & Co this week and has already recruited two-year qualified McGrigor Donald intellectual property assistant Kenneth Mullen from Glasgow. Kemp, until last week the head of IP/IT at Garretts, has opened the doors of his new office above Saddlers Hall near St Pauls in the City.
