Eversheds boosts real estate with Linklaters hire

Linklaters has lost a senior real estate lawyer with a specialism in IT to Eversheds, where he joins as a partner in the London office.

Nick Bartlett, a managing associate at Linklaters, played a key role in the development of PISCES, which has now become the property sector’s standard method of data transfer.

Eversheds real estate head Cornelius Medvei said: “Nick’s longer-term projects will be finding ways to use IT to enhance the service we give our clients and to develop products to meet their particular needs.”

Bartlett will also advise clients on real estate investment issues.
