Irwin Mitchell’s tax team has broken away to set up a specialist company 4 Eyes Ltd.
The new entity will specialise in VAT and customs duties, and boasts a strong tribunal practice as well as a VAT compliance and planning function.
The split from Irwin Mitchell was "entirely amicable" and 4 Eyes has taken a number of clients with it by mutual consent. The company will continue to work with the firm, referring clients who need specialist legal advice back to Irwin Mitchell.
