Irwin Mitchell’s tax team has broken away to set up a specialist company 4 Eyes Ltd.
The new entity will specialise in VAT and customs duties, and boasts a strong tribunal practice as well as a VAT compliance and planning function.
The split from Irwin Mitchell was "entirely amicable" and 4 Eyes has taken a number of clients with it by mutual consent. The company will continue to work with the firm, referring clients who need specialist legal advice back to Irwin Mitchell.
Headed by Phillip Henwood, the company will also house former Irwin Mitchell associates Chris Isaacs and Tony Monger. While Pump Court Tax Chambers’ Jeremy White will act as of counsel.
