This year, The Lawyer’s annual ranking of the largest UK law firms by turnover is available as an interactive, digital benchmarking tool. For the first time this will allow you to manipulate each data set against the metrics of your choice.
The merger will add a team of 40 lawyers and six partners, based in offices in Madrid, and will boost Baker & McKenzie’s local M&A and securities practice as well as adding tax capability.
The new firm will boast 140 lawyers in the country and an annual turnover of nearly £18m.
