An exhaustive analysis of the UK market including every firm in the top 200 ranked, analysed and benchmarked, UK chambers ranked by turnover, revenue per barrister and which international firms are most active in the UK.
The merger will add a team of 40 lawyers and six partners, based in offices in Madrid, and will boost Baker & McKenzie’s local M&A and securities practice as well as adding tax capability.
The new firm will boast 140 lawyers in the country and an annual turnover of nearly £18m.
