"If I were A&O's client I know whose side I would like to be on. I disagree with the judge - his comments were suprisingly naïve," says one reader.
"The crucial point being made by the judge was that the complexities of the case (which was after all a five day trial without disclosure) did not lend themselves to the level of fees being claimed," responds another
