Ince & Co has promoted five into its partnership with all the promotions made outside its UK base.
The firm’s Hamburg office has two new partners while the Paris, Shanghai and Singapore offices have one each.
“These promotions demonstrate the continuing growth of our global network and the increasing capabilities in our core industry sectors,” Ince & Co senior partner, James Wilson commented.
In Germany, shipping and yacht specialist Volker Lücke and shipping, marine insurance and energy specialist Eckehard Volz have been made up.
In Paris, Ince has promoted Vy-Loan Huynh-Olivieri, who advises on admiralty, cargo claims and charterparty disputes. Shanghai, meanwhile, has added Gerald Yee, who straddles both contentious and non-contentious shipping work.
In Singapore, where the firm launched an onshore offering through Incisive Law, the firm has made up head of business and finance Martin Brown. The firm said his primary practice is finance and he has specialist shipping and offshore finance knowledge, particularly in the Asian markets.
