Ince & Co is sprucing up its image by relocating its operations in London and Paris.
The firm has just signed heads of agreement to take over the lease of the top two floors of International House, a major office development near St Katherine’s Dock in London. It is a stone’s throw from its current premises in Byward Street, near Tower Bridge, where the firm has been based since 1972.
The firm is also planning to move its six-partner Paris base from Boulevard Haussmann in the retail district to prem-ises in the business centre.
Energy partner David Steward said: “The move to International House fits with the growth of the firm and [the result of] having a really good year. We see all this as part of a possible progression.”
Ince has “outgrown” its Byward Street office, Steward said. International House will house 49 partners and 86 assistants and trainees over 50,000sq ft of space.
The rent will be higher at the new address Ince plans to move into in July.
