Ince energy chief resigns over "irregular financial behaviour"
Marine firm Ince & Co’s global head of energy and offshore has resigned after being suspended over “irregular financial behaviour”.

Andrew Iyer, whose practice focuses on dispute resolution, resigned today with immediate effect. Legal website RollonFriday reports earlier that he had been suspended.
A spokeswoman for the firm said: “We can confirm Mr Andrew Iyer has been suspended as a partner due to irregular financial behaviour. This is an isolated issue and no other partner or member of staff was involved.
“This will have no material effect on the firm and no clients will suffer any loss.
“This matter is under investigation, with which Mr Iyer is cooperating, and we cannot comment further at this stage.”
She confirmed that he has now resigned.
Iyer is an established novelist, publishing two legal thrillers including The Betrayed (8 October 2007).
