Ince & Co takes on new London premises

Ince & Co is moving from ageing premises to spanking new offices in London's St Katherine's Dock as part of a significant ramp-up of its property portfolio.

It has just signed heads of agreement to take over the lease of the two top floors of International House, a major office development near St Katherine’s Dock.

This is a stone’s throw away from its current premises in Byward Street, near Tower Bridge which it moved to in 1972.

The International House office will house 49 partners and 86 assistants and trainees in 50,000 square foot of space.

Rent will be more expensive at the new address, which Ince plans to move to in July.
