Financial mis-selling claims specialist All Square Treasury has appointed Optima Legal non-standard debt litigation head Melanie Dickinson Denby as legal director.
Melanie Dickinson Denby
Dickinson Denby, who trained at Walker Morris in Leeds, joined Optima in 2009 and was promoted to head of debt litigation in 2011.
The role is a new position for the company, which is part of West Yorkshire-based claims business Mitchell Farrar Group - whose other arms include Investor Compensation, operator of website PPI Claimback.
Dickinson Denby said in a statement: “The dynamic and enterprising approach of All Square Treasury was a key factor for me in joining the business. I am looking forward to working with the team and our clients, at a time when the landscape of financial product mis-selling is extremely challenging for businesses.”
All Square Treasury was set up in 2012 to help small and medium-sized businesses make claims for mis-selling of interest rate hedging products and other mis-sold financial products.
