  • Professional negligence by law firms is not taken seriously in the UK. The Law Society and the Legal Complaints Services is a joke as they do not fully investigate anything. No wonder High Court is the same in offering protectionism to the law firms. Those who listen to law firms that their case can be won should think again and look at the other motives, such as making money from the client, that are behind this encouragement to go to court. After all, law is a business. Lawyers are business people who will promise a win so that they can make money. They very well know that no court will find them at fault for professional negligence.
Why isn't anyone investigating all the law firms that failed in providing good advice to clients? Has anyone looked at this? This is the way to go and make the government and the Law Society work for the citizens and not only for he close net connections within the field of law.
