Walker Morris has poached Eversheds partner David Kilduff to head its public sector and PFI department. Kilduff has been at Eversheds for four years where he led a team of 20 lawyers, most recently in a £500m limited recourse project funded integrated waste management deal for Hereford and Worcester councils - the largest ever PFI deal in local government. In his previous roles of local government legal adviser in West Yorkshire, the North East and Kent, he advised on a number of high profile issues, including the construction of the Channel Tunnel and the Channel Tunnel Rail Link.
