The Employed and Non-Practising Bar Association (ENPBA) has issued a cautious welcome to news that it is to get "fair representation" on the Bar Council. "The devil is in the detail," says Dr Peter Gray, ENPBA's general secretary. ENPBA's resolution was accepted at the Bar Council's annual general meeting held on 5 June, when the introduction of a compulsory levy to fund training and education was also announced.
