In brief: Solicitor/surveyor joins Wragge & Co

A jointly qualified solicitor and chartered quantity surveyor has joined the 50-strong property team at Wragge & Co in Birmingham. John Hobbs, one of only a handful in the country to have such a dual qualification, was taken on to strengthen the existing construction team dealing with building contracts, professional appointments, warranties and construction aspects of development agreements.
