Nigel Hamilton QC, the barrister suspended from the Bar for three months for sexual harassment, has been sacked by the Lord Chancellor from his part-time assistant recorder post on the Western Circuit. His dismissal follows the high-profile Inns of Court disciplinary tribunal that took place earlier this year and which found Hamilton guilty of sexually harassing a client and a solicitor's clerk.
