Forsters, the firm made up of the former 40-strong property and private client departments of Frere Cholmeley Bischoff, has concluded its first major property deals since opening for business on 3 August. Partner Tony Patterson acted for Guardian Assurance in its purchase of Charter Court, Slough, for £13.3m, and also advised the company in its purchase of Phase 111, Riverside Park, Poyle, for £7.93m.
