Laws governing employee share schemes are highly complex and schemes are becoming more sophisticated, according to Pinsent & Co partner David Pett, whose book 'The Employee Share Schemes Handbook' has just been published by Longman. Written with Leslie Moss, director of the Human Resource Partnership, the book comes in response to the growing trend in share schemes.
