Nabarro Nathanson has announced that it will move into smaller London offices when the lease on its 140,000 square feet at Stratton Street expires in June 1999. The firm has started a search for 110,000 square feet in an area of central London extending from the City to its present location in W1. The firm is currently paying only around £25 per square foot but a Nabarro's spokesman said analysis showed that the firm could use its space more efficiently so that it could pay less in running costs overall even if it paid more per square foot.
