Ex-barrister Rudy Narayan is awaiting a Tribunal Court judgement on whether he can force three judges to appear before an industrial tribunal to defend their decision to disbar him. Disbarred in July 1994 following a disciplinary tribunal of the Inns of Court, Narayan claims unfavourable treatment under sections 11 and 12 of the Race Relations Act. His actions are levelled against the Council of the Inns of Court, its president Lord Justice Norse, Mr Justice Wright and Mr Justice French. A review hearing was held at the Tribunal Court last week.
