Ex-barrister Rudy Narayan is awaiting a Tribunal Court judgement on whether he can force three judges to appear before an industrial tribunal to defend their decision to disbar him. Disbarred in July 1994 following a disciplinary tribunal of the Inns of Court, Narayan claims unfavourable treatment under sections 11 and 12 of the Race Relations Act.
