In brief: Nabarro's head of insurance goes to TG

Nabarro Nathanson has lost its head of insurance, partner Jennifer Donohue, to Theodore Goddard, where she will also be head of insurance. Nabarros is restructuring its 14 departments, into just four, identifying certain core areas of practice. Donohue's area of non-contentious insurance, advising general corporate and Lloyd's insurers on innovative underwriting arrangements, formed part of the company law practice. Donohue said: “There is a revival of interest in the Lloyd's market after reconstruction and renewal, and a more creative role for lawyers has emerged in designing innovative structures and seeking new techniques to support underwriting capacity.” Theodore Goddard recruited insurance litigation partner Graham Ceadel from DJ Freeman earlier this year.
