Lord Justice Otton has been awarded an honorary degree by Nottingham Trent University. The degree, an honorary doctor of law, was in recognition of his support for the university's law school. He received his reward from Sir David White, chairman of the university's board of governors, who said the judge had been "a stalwart supporter of Nottingham Law School".
