Geoff Hoon, Parliamentary Secretary at the Lord Chancellor's Department, said the Government would probably be conducting a review of legal aid and civil justice in Northern Ireland “with a view to bringing forward similar proposals” to those for England and Wales, at the Legal Action Group (LAG) conference in London last week.
