The first ever students to complete an MBA in Legal Practice have graduated from the Nottingham Law School at Nottingham Trent University. The 33 students on the course gained a Masters degree designed exclusively for those with management responsibility in law firms, legal departments and barristers' chambers. Students included senior partners, managing partners, senior administrators and in-house lawyers. One student, Ann Alexander, senior partner at Altrincham-based medical negligence specialists Alexander Harris, said: "I am always on the look-out for new techniques to help improve the success of my firm. This MBA has proved very useful."
