Dibb Lupton Alsop's Liverpool office is branching out into corporate recovery and mainstream defendant insurance work, as part of an office expansion programme. Insurance specialist Robert Muttock, corporate recovery lawyer Richard Drinkwater and professional indemnity specialist Andrew MacLeod have moved to Liverpool from the firm's Manchester office. Dibbs has also recruited intellectual property specialist Julian Cole from Tarlo Lyons to join the north-west communications and technology team under Riaz Bowmer. Regional managing partner Paul Nicholls said the office planned to recruit a further 10 or so lawyers over the next year.
