Former McKenna & Co pensions lawyer John Cunliffe has been tempted out of retirement after just two months to become deputy chairman of Hogg Robinson Trustees. Cunliffe, a leading occupational pensions lawyer, retired as head of McKenna & Co's (now Cameron McKenna) employee benefits group in June at the age of 62, the firm's official retirement age. In his new post, which he took up last week, he will work with Hogg Robinson Trustees chief executive Steven Ross to develop the company.
